MESTO, a global company in the spraying device sector, celebrated its 100th birthday in 2019. Our mission – the production of sprayers for the economical distribution of liquids – is our passion. In many cases, spraying is the smart alternative to the current processes.
100 years is a long time. In retrospect, it seems almost unbelievable how much the world – and also MESTO – has developed during this time. Constant innovations, the high level of development competence in combination with the many years of industry-specific company experience and the know-how of an internationally successful company are the key to our leading position.
The history of the sprayer specialist began on 15 September 1919 in Freiberg am Neckar with the founding of the company by Karl and Ernst Stockburger. Meanwhile, the company is led by Bernd Stockburger, the grandson of the company founder, and has developed into one of the world’s leading manufacturers of sprayers.

MESTO sprayers are still developed and produced in the Greater Stuttgart area – more precisely, in Freiberg am Neckar. High-quality materials, the best possible workmanship at one location in combination with a continuous optimization of all processes guarantee the excellent performance and the long service life of our sprayers.
MESTO is certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 and all our devices are GS certified by TÜV and InterTek.
