Warranty
– All MESTO products are guaranteed against manufacturer’s defect for up to one year from date of purchase.
– Any good found to be defective within one year of date of purchase will be repaired or replaced once the item along with the original bill of purchase has been returned to PYGAR USA, Inc. Please contact PYGAR USA, Inc., by either email or phone, for instructions on how to file a warranty claim.
– PYGAR USA, Inc., is the sole determiner of product defect.
– PYGAR USA, Inc., shall not in any event be liable for costs of any special, direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages to anyone by reason of fact that such product does not conform to this warranty.
Returns
